Phil Morgan serves Good Earth Real Estate and Jackson has a Realtor, broker, salesperson and good samaritan. Phil has been on the cutting edge of Jackson Real Estate for over 35 years. Upon graduating from Hillsdale College in 1983, Phil began working on his very 1st real estate project in Jackson, Timber Meadows Condominiums. Always ahead of the others, Phil brought the 1st Cell Phone Company, Century Cellunet, to Jackson in 1988.
Phil has stepped up to fill many leadership roles in our community. . Phil has served as a member of the Board of Directors for notable organizations, including the Jackson Noon Rotary Club and the Girl Scouts. Today, Phil continues his philanthropic endeavors, as President of the Jackson Interfaith Shelter Board of Directors. Phil spent ten years coaching youth football and baseball teams, in addition to driving to numerous ballet recitals and school plays for his now grown children; Ashleigh Dunham, Phillip II Morgan and Hailey Rose Morgan.
